Adam’s Restaurant is located on the pedestrian zone just a short walk from Karlštejn Castle. The foundation of the restaurant was laid by my father, who has been operating a small fast-food outlet here since 1989. When I took over from my father in 2007, we began to develop, rebuild, expand, and modernize it to its current state. As my father wished, it has been called “U Adama” ever since.
You can have lunch or dinner inside our restaurant or on the large outdoor terrace, which is especially popular in the summer and offers a beautiful view of Karlštejn Castle. Additionally, family celebrations, weddings, corporate training sessions, or presentations take place in a separate lounge with a terrace.
In our kitchen, we pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes, while also keeping an eye on and respecting the new trends in modern gastronomy, which I personally oversee as the head chef.
You can choose not only from the menu but also from several special offers, including children’s menus. Four-legged family members are also welcome at our restaurant.
Our staff does everything to provide you with quality service so that you are fully satisfied. It may sound cliché, but I am proud of their work and personal approach to guests.
